Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram Saturday relaunched his personal website with a new look and new facilities to address grievances of the people of his home state Odisha.
"This will help the people of the state especially those belonged to my constituency Sundergarh to get in touch with me through internet and through a toll free number," Oram told IANS here.
The 53-year-old BJP leader said his online personal citizen cell is a physical place, which works during the office hour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. where volunteers and staff respond to people's grievances without any delay.
"The cell will receive grievances online. I and my staff will personally monitor the grievances and forward them to the concerned authorities for needful action," he said.
When a citizen posts his or her grievances online visiting Oram's website - www.jualoram.com - he or she gets a reference number on mobile.
The citizen can also check the status of their grievances from the same website or calling to the toll free number 1800-3000-6090.
