US Vice President Joe Biden will arrive in Mumbai next Tuesday (July 23) as part of his four-day visit to India, according to officials here Thursday.
As per a schedule announced here, Biden will land at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport late Tuesday and will be in Mumbai for three days.
The following day (Wednesday), he is scheduled to speak on the US-India Partnership at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Biden's visit comes a month after that of US Secretary of State John Kerry who came to India in June for the fourth India-US Strategic Dialogue.
Announcing Biden's visit, Kerry had said that the US vice president would come to keep up the momentum in India-US ties.
