A beautiful goal and an assist made Enner Valencia the hero of Ecuador's 2-0 win over Guatemala in a friendly football match.
Both the goals came late in the second half on Tuesday when the match seemed to be heading for a draw, reports EFE news agency.
Ecuador scored on a counterattack in the 83rd minute when Valencia sent a header past young Guatemalan keeper Nicholas Hagen.
Two minutes later Valencia was back in the thick of things when he headed-on a clever pass to Romario Ibarra, who scored with an impeccable finish.
Guatemala, which lost 0-3 to Argentina in another friendly on Friday, are returning to international soccer after serving a two-year FIFA ban over corruption charges against officials of the national federation.
