From turning gulab jamun into souffle, rasgulla into cake with cherries, ghiya barfi into macarons and shahi tukda into cannoli -- celebrity chef Vikas Khanna will add his signature touch to local and traditional Indian desserts and sweets as part of the fourth season of "Twist of Taste".
The season, titled "Twist of Taste - The Sweet Life", will go on air on FOX Life Oct 13.

He will also meet locals, who have been significant to the formation and preservation of these desserts and sweets.
Khanna will then return to his kitchen and experiment with local desserts to present a rendition that is unique.
"It feels great to be a part of this exciting show again. In this season, I have had a chance to explore and experiment with India's classic and traditional sweets. It has been a great adventure and an enriching journey to discover these culturally rich cities and unique flavours," Khanna said in a statement.
