From Rihanna's perfect abs, Beyonce Knowles' toned thighs, Jennifer Aniston's amazing arms to Victoria Beckham's defined legs, having the perfect body of a celebrity is something every woman dreams of. Try a few basic exercises to stay as fit as them.
Dave Kyle, head trainer at global fitness brand Les Mills, has shared a list of exercises that one can practice at home. These can leave you looking and feeling like a superstar, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Celebs put hours and hours into getting their super-fit bodies, but the rest of us simply don't have the time. Not many people realise that there are loads of little lifestyle changes you can make, both at home and in the gym, to get you well on your way to having the body you always dreamed of," said Kyle.
Here are some tips:
To get a derriere a la Angelina Jolie, try -
Squats: Stand with legs apart little wider than hop and squat down. Remember your knees musn't go in front of your feet, and squeeze your muscles as you come up to get the most from your Workout.

Lunges: Keep your upper body straight, with your shoulders back and relaxed and chin up (pick a point to stare at in front of you so you don't keep looking down). Always engage your core. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle, not pushed out too far, and make sure your other knee doesn't touch the floor. Keep the weight on your heels as you push back up to the starting position.
To get Rihanna's abs, try -
The Plank: Lie face down on a mat resting on the forearms, palms flat on the floor. Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows. Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels. Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle. Hold for 20 to 60 seconds or however long you can.
If you want the legs of a Victoria's Secret model, at home you could try:
Burpees: Sit into a squat. Kick your feet behind you so you're in a push-up position. Lower your chest to the ground. Press back up to complete the push up. Pull your feet back in so you're in squat position. Jump up in the air while clapping overhead
Squat jumps: Follow the advice above, but as you come up jump to work the leg muscles.
To achieve Jennifer Aniston's arms, try:
Push-ups: Although there are many variations on the push-up, the basic principle remains the same: Engage your upper back, shoulders, and arms to lift your body weight off the floor, then slowly lower it back down.
Shadow boxing: Basically you throw punches whilst no one is standing there. Be sure to engage the core whilst doing these exercises. Try cross punches and upper cuts to work different muscles.
