The fourth edition of Watch World Awards, which honours the best in the world of watch-making, will be held here Oct 4.
Hosted by the Chitralekha Group, the event will see popular watch brands being awarded in categories like best campaigns in print, TV, outdoor, best complicated watch, best jewellery watch, best sports watch and best limited edition watch.
Some of the jurists include Swiss master watchmaker Antoine Simonin, fashion designer Priyadarshini Rao, commentator and ex-cricketer Ravi Shastri and film director Neeraj Pandey.
"The continual success over the four editions of Watch World Awards is a testament of the achievement of the property wherein every year our endeavour is to better the accomplishment of the previous year," Mitrajit Bhattacharya, a representative of the Chitralekha Group, said in a statement.
In all, the awards will cover 10 product categories and six marketing categories along with a special award given to an individual for his or her contribution to the watch industry. A Watch of the Year award will also be given.
