Train services were partially disrupted on Tuesday due to water-logging in West Bengal's Howrah and Tikiapara, the South Eastern Railway (SER) said in a statement.

"Train services of South Eastern Railway have been partially affected due to water logging in Howrah and Tikiapara following heavy downpour since Monday," a SER statement said.

The Howrah-Digha-Howrah Kandari Express and Purulia-Jhargram Express were cancelled, while the Howrah-Hyderabad East Coast Express was rescheduled to leave Howrah railway station at 1.50 p.m. instead of 11.45 a.m. due to late running of link rake.
