Actress Shriya Pilgaonkar, daughter of veteran actors Supriya and Sachin Pilgaonkar, says she wishes to direct her parents in the future.
"I would love to get more opportunities to work with them (my parents) and also possibly direct them in the future," Shriya told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
The actress says she has already worked with the popular couple in her debut film "Ekulti Ek".
"My first film was a Marathi project, which was directed by my father. In the film itself, he played my father... My mother had a guest appearance in the film. She was my mother in the film as well. My parents are a very popular jodi (couple) of the Marathi film industry... Although in a small space, I did work with them," said the actress.
Shriya will be coming to the capital on Saturday for her play "Internal Affairs" as part of the Zee Theatre Tour and will be performing at the Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts here.
The actress says "Internal Affairs" happens to be her first full length play.

"Before this, I have done a 10 minute play at a festival... So we are excited that Zee Theatre Tour is taking us all over India and possibly abroad as well," she said.
Shriya says the play is about urban relationships.
"It's a comic take on modern relationships," she added.
Talking about the Tour, she said: "We are beginning with Delhi and in the end of the month we are going to Patiala. There are talks about going to Guwahati and Kolkata, but all that has to be finalised based on the dates and getting the team together."
Zee Theatre, from the stable of the global content company Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, has created and curated the four-month long tour, which will commence on January 14. It will travel to key cities in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal and Rajasthan, staging 50 shows.
