Known for his jungle warfare techniques, CRPF chief K Vijay Kumar recently went to Chhattisgarh, where 75 personnel were brutally killed by Naxalites earlier this year. After visiting the entire area and looking at the difficulties that his men were facing, the only message he had for them was to “become junglee to junglee.” Wondering, why his men were unable to fight the Naxalites even after being better trained, Kumar told his men to be junglee, so that they could live in jungles for days without carrying food and wearing proper shoes to walk in the jungle.
