Congress spokesman and lawyer Manish Tiwari was attending a book release programme in the capital and others on the dais included former CBI chief Vijay Shanker, current CBI chief Ashwani Kumar and Pioneer Editor Chandan Mitra. After a while, Tiwari found his mobile phone missing. A brief search didn’t yield any result. So someone in the crowd suggested there should be a CBI probe into the matter.
