The idea was to make passengers feel special; the timing,however, was all wrong. A couple of days back, the New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi Express was cancelled due to 'unavoidable circumstances' just four hours before the scheduled departure. Passengers were duly informed, but someone obviously forgot to keep the people who gather feedback in the loop. Later in the day, these passengers got that automated call from the railways seeking suggestions to improve en route service.
