Kapil Mishra, his estranged comrade in arms, quoted Kejriwal’s tweet to say: “Aapko ED mubarak” (wishing you ED, or Enforcement Directorate). Mishra has appeared before central investigating agencies to allege various acts of omissions and commissions by the Kejriwal government in Delhi.
