The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is planning to rope in wrestler Khali for the fourth phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, say party sources. While Khali may or may not pull in the voters, the BJP is purportedly looking for someone who would shut up the party's Lok Sabha MP from Bihar, Shatrughan Sinha. Sinha has upset the party brass with tweets expressing alarm over the rising prices of pulses and referring to the infighting in the party's state unit. On Sunday, even as the BJP leadership denied that it favoured, as suggested by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, a review of the reservation policy, Sinha tweeted, "Sri Mohan Bhagwat's views on review of reservations should be taken seriously... Sad and disheartened at attempts by some people to ridicule and make fun of this highly learned father figure of RSS/BJP." On Monday, he posted, "... Time to stop approaching issues on the ground like standard, half-hearted, 5 star press meets...." Many in the BJP are seething but can do little, given Sinha's popularity in Bihar.
