During a hearing of the case between the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) and MCX-SX, Justice D Y Chandrachud asked the latter to provide an undertaking. Immediately, lawyer Ameet Naik pulled out his iPad and drafted one in no time. To which Justice Chandrachud wryly commented that Naik has already made him poorer by Rs 40,000 because he had bought an iPad after he saw the lawyer using one in an earlier case. He added that he was happy with his new acquisition but his wife thinks he is a gizmo freak.
