The Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly complex, overlooking the Jhelum in Srinagar at the same spot where the old building got gutted in a fire, seems to be jinxed. The first day of the Assembly’s session in this complex last year in July saw the fall of the Ghulam Nabi Azad government on the Amarnath issue.
