Brand new vending machines dispensing condoms have been installed in the toilets of the ministry of home affairs. A brainwave of the National Aids Control Organisation, these machines disgorge packets of Josh condoms, containing two apiece, in return for a five-rupee coin. On the first day, the machine even ran out of supplies.
