On television, the Supreme Court facade looks serene and dignified, framed by flowering trees. Cameras are not allowed inside to record the real picture. According to the Bar association circular issued last week, the court has become "extremely congested, unbearable and accident prone". The association said that in view of the "unparalleled gravity of the situation" it had decided to take action against members who litter. Littering had led at least one woman lawyer to fall and suffer injuries, the circular stated. Issuing the regulations, the circular urged members not to crowd the well of the courts and allow their learned friends to "walk/rush/run" without the fear of falling.
