While most bungalows on JC Carter Road, now called Kishore Kumar Ganguly Marg, have made way for highrise apartments, music legend Kishore Kumar’s house has survived so far. His younger son Sumit has leased out part of the ground floor to a spa, and has a recording studio in the other part. According to family sources, however, the house may soon make way for a multi-storied residential apartment.
