Thus, on Wednesday, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Planning Rajeev Shukla is expected to attend a Hasya Kavi Sammelan (festival of humorous poetry) within the Parliament compound on the occasion of a meeting of the Hindi Consultative Committee. At any rate, the repeated disruptions in Parliament have come in handy in this instance!
