Apropos the report “White Paper blank on black money size, moots immunity” (May 22), it is disappointing that the White Paper on black money doesn’t mention the names of money hoarders or the exact amount of money stashed in foreign shores. The obvious and first step that should be taken to tackle this problem is to plug the loopholes in the system that facilitate the generation of black money. And if the introduction of immunity schemes helps us bring back some of the money, then so be it.
