It is true that Manmohan Singh’s new team is mostly old wine in a new bottle (‘More of the same’, May 25). But this also makes sure they don’t need to waste their time getting familiar with their job. Pranab Mukheree at finance, P Chidambaram at home and A K Antony at defence are all old hands. Kamal Nath and Murli Deora have also proved their worth in the ministries they held earlier and may get to head once again.
