The story on single malts by Anoothi Vishal in BS Weekend (“A singular taste”, September 18) was very informative. I was disappointed though that my favourite, Aberlour, did not find mention. It would fit in the bottom left quadrant and it has a great bouquet. Incidentally, there is a brand called Girvan, which, if pronounced the Indian way, ie. geervan, means heaven in Sanskrit.
