After the initial euphoria, most commentators have pointed out the Budget is based on assumptions (“Mind the gap”, March 3, and “Pranab’s padding”, March 2) that could just as easily go wrong. So, does the market know something the analysts don’t or does it feel the analysts are just worrying for nothing?
