Lost in interpretation

When the firebrand Shivsainik-turned-Congressman Sanjay Nirupam took the floor of the Lok Sabha to initiate the discussion on the demand for grants from the Ministry of Mines, the BJP bench looked surprised. They had actually expected Girija Vyas to initiate the debate. It so happened that in the Business Advisory Committee meeting of the Lok Sabha, Vyas said she wanted to initiate the debate on mining and the Opposition parties agreed. Later, it was found that Vyas actually didn’t mean herself, but wanted her party to start the debate. Anyway, the BJP bench was in for more shockers when Nirupam targeted the Bellary brothers and their links with Sushma Swaraj.
