Recently on an overseas trip, the top boss of a leading FMCG company received a call from a journalist. Unwilling to take the call, he simply claimed it was a wrong number. Now, his unmistakable voice is usually a dead giveaway — but the corporate caller tune made it even more so. Maybe it was jet lag that made the CEO forget that.
