Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh has alleged that what Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal proposes, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disposes.
The trigger? A report of a fact-finding panel on the alleged Rs 400-crore water tanker scam linking former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit that was forwarded to the Anti-Corruption Bureau by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung for investigation.
"Kejriwal and his party (Aam Aadmi Party) had cried hoarse about the alleged corruption of Delhi's former chief minister Sheila Dikshit, but had found nothing during their 15-month rule," he claimed.
Now, following speculation that she might be made the Congress' poll in-charge for Punjab, the AAP had revived the corruption allegations and the Lieutenant Governor was wasting no time in forwarding the complaint, Singh said. "Both Modi and Kejriwal have ganged up against the Congress and their true colours have been revealed," Singh alleged.
