Mumbai real estate prices can leave anyone exasperated - especially a newcomer to the city. Many new developers nowadays are conducting a "know your client" (KYC) test. And that means a customer has to answer which car he is driving, what his current address is and which club he goes to. Once the customer gives out this data, the developers say they will get back. Customers who don't get a return call can deduce that he or she has failed the "KYC" test.
