Since a large number of MPs continue to remain computer -illiterate, despite each one of them getting a free laptop, the Lok Sabha has come up with a new way to incentivise them to learn how to use their computers. Starting with the next Lok Sabha, all financial dues, including the monthly salary, will be transferred electronically to the MPs’ bank accounts.
