At a conference to announce Oil India Limited’s financial results, company officials got on to the dais around 20 minutes late. Before announcing the results, Chairman and Managing Director N M Borah recalled how he and his officials had got late reaching the venue the previous year. “This time we had resolved to reach in time … and we kept our promise. However, we are starting late because some media friends have got late and have requested us to start late,” he said.
