After Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal sought "azadi", his Assam counterpart, Tarun Gogoi, has demanded the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led central government file a "sedition case" against him, saying that he agreed with quite a few of the issues raised by Jawaharlal Nehru Students Union President Kanhaiya Kumar. Gogoi said Kumar was right in demanding the freedom that the Constitution guarantees its citizens. "I, too, agree with some of the statements made by Kumar and they (BJP) should slap sedition charge on me also," he said.
