On Sunday, the prime minister spoke at the International Fleet Review in Visakhapatnam. He announced that India would host the first-ever Global Maritime Summit in April. He said India's approach was evident in its vision of SAGAR, or Ocean, which stands for "Security And Growth for All in the Region".
