Last week, a business magazine wrote a cover story on Sahara Group’s much-delayed housing projects and how the delay in clearing an IPO document was hurting its ability to raise money from public. Much to its surprise, the magazine discovered that all copies of that issue had disappeared from the newstands on day one — in both Delhi and Mumbai. The publication then did the next best thing that was possible: it reprinted the issue and circulated it again, the first time it has had to do so.
