At a time when the Ministry of Railways is taking flak for a spate of train accidents, slow pace of spending and progress on key projects, it is seeking feedback from travellers on their experiences of train travel, stations and related issues. "Soon, citizens will be able to rate trains, stations, services and food based on their experiences and drive a better travel experience in the future. So, join in and help make Indian Railways better," the ministry said in its email soliciting information from passengers. The data collected would be used to make railway services cleaner, safer and more convenient, said ministry officials.
