Out on a wing

Blame it on the current focus on the Commonwealth Games or maybe there’s less work to do in the civil aviation ministry. But by some coincidence almost all the key officials, bar minister Praful Patel, are on official tour abroad. And they’re not the only ones bound for foreign shores. Many of their private secretaries are either already headed overseas or are preparing to do so for “training”.
