A lawyer takes his client to task

A lawyer representing a large business house fighting a protracted case was heard arguing, not inside the court room, but outside in one of the many courthouse corridors. And he was not addressing the arguments to the judge, but to one of his client's representatives: "You don't pick any of my officer's calls," he blasted. "You don't answer even my calls and you have not cleared my bills for months," he raised the pitch before the bewildered client who made his best effort to eke out an adjournment. It is not clear what the final judgment was.
