At a prayer meeting organised in memory of Brijmohan Lall Munjal, founder of the diversified Hero group who passed away on November 1, his third son and chief of Hero MotoCorp Pawan Munjal recalled how as a child he used to spend a lot of time in the school hostel.
"I remember the whole dorm would be waiting for my parents to turn up." And his friends would feast on the goodies and home-cooked food brought by his doting parents. He also remembered how in those days children, who stayed away from their parents, communicated with them through letters. "He (B L Munjal) would send them (the letters) back with his corrections," said Pawan Munjal, remembering his perfectionist father.
