Political advertisements on billborads in Mumbai tell us who's the boss

Billboards by political party workers congratulating newly-elected office bearers are common in Mumbai. But Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) took the practice to new heights. One billboard outside a railway station not only congratulated newly-elected regular office bearers, like the ward president and secretary, it also congratulated the “Raj-dedicated representative”. That, at any rate, leaves no one in doubt about the power centre in the MNS.
