Dainik Jagran journalist Jarnail Singh who single-handedly got the Congress party to remove Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar from its list of candidates from Delhi has been trying live down the shoe-chucking episode. But, he confided to a friend the other day, the spate of copycat throwing incidents makes this impossible. So, for instance, when a slipper was thrown at LK Advani, some newspapers carried his picture as well the next day. Curiously, though Jagran has taken no action against Singh, he has not attended office since the day of the incident.
