The Congress-led United Progressive Alliance government led by Manmohan Singh used to come in for a lot of flak for its "maun" (silent) prime minister. Now with Narendra Modi at the helm, the PM's image has taken a 180-degree turn with Modi incessantly tweeting on visits and events. However, the Congress has not let go of any opportunity to hit out at the "talkative" PM. Congress spokesperson Shakeel Ahmed recalled how Modi, in his earlier avatar as a leader of Opposition, would tweet about things as banal as a brawl of Youth Congress workers in Mumbai. Earlier in the day, Shakeel Ahmed tweeted, "After regular Chinese incursions & ceasefire violations by Pak, ppl r looking for 'Chhppan Inch Chhati Waale Bhaiya' to act at least on Twitter."
