The Delhi wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party is on a pre-election member-finding spree. And they know exactly where to station themselves, too. In fact, they are being quite choosy about the locations they're scouting: party workers have decided to station themselves outside temples. At a neighbourhood temple in the Mayur Vihar area of East Delhi, for example, young party members arrived early in the morning to approach young and old, joggers and devotees alike, with membership forms. Many were confused at first, thinking it was some corporate marketing, promotion or sales gimmick - till they looked up and saw the big banners of the local candidate, and, of course, of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
