Tip of the iceberg

Remember that famous statement of Union Home Secretary G K Pillai that the leaked Niira Radia telephone tapes were the “tip of an iceberge”? Many presumed he meant that there was much more damaging stuff in the non-leaked tapes. A little bird tells us that that was not what he meant. Mr Pillai is too busy an officer to have had the time to listen to all the other tapes or their transcripts. So what iceberg did he mean? The little bird thinks he knows who leaked the tapes.
