Locked in an electoral war of words with PM Narendra Modi in the ongoing battle for Uttar Pradesh, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi took to film analogy to target the Bharatiya Janata Party leader whom he has accused of running the country like a dictator. Addressing a rally in eastern UP’s Basti, Gandhi said though there is a director, actor and producer in a typical movie, in Modi’s film he plays all three roles himself. He also said Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had no knowledge of the controversial note ban plan though it was the prerogative of his ministry.
