What economy?

Many journalists on the finance ministry beat waited patiently to meet Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee. After hours of waiting, Mukherjee called them inside his office but remained glued to the TV to catch the updates on Cyclone Alia. Finally, when a journalist asked him about the economy, Mukherjee replied, “I can’t talk about the economy to you today. Can’t you see what’s happening due to the cyclone?”
