Who remembered Sanjay Gandhi

The birth anniversary of Sanjay Gandhi, son of former prime minister, the late Indira Gandhi, hardly gets noticed even in Congress circles. However, Rajasthan party chief Sachin Pilot, considered close to Rahul Gandhi, tweeted his tribute to the late politician last week. Sanjay Gandhi’s wife, Maneka Gandhi, and son, Varun Gandhi, are now Bharatiya Janata Party lawmakers. Maneka Gandhi is a Union minister. Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi’s sister, Priyanka Vadra, is known to keep in touch with Varun Gandhi, but there is hardly any communication between Sonia Gandhi and Maneka Gandhi.
