The party held 272 public meetings in all the wards of the national capital in the last three days, asking public whether the party should form government along with Congress in the state.
The outcome of the meeting, as per party's internal sources, is that almost 90% of the wards want AAP to form the government in the national capital.

"Even the response we got through SMS, IVR calls and online voting is very positive", said a party leader who didnot wish to be identified. The party has claimed to receive around 7.5 lakh responses through such mediums.
The party will likely meet Lt Governor Najeeb Jung after the press conference to convey its decision.
The Assembly election in Delhi threw up a fractured mandate, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) winning 31 seats, AAP getting 28 seats and the Congress managing to win only eight seats.
The AAP, eight seats short of a majority, was offered outside support by the Congress.
