Expelled Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Vinod Kumar Binny on Saturday said it is justifiable for party leader Shazia Ilmi to be unhappy with the party as it is forcing its decision on her, and described the top leadership of the party as 'dictatorial' and 'anarchic'.
"Shazia's unhappiness with the party is justified because the top leadership of the party is very dictatorial and anarchic, and is forcing its decisions on the party members. Shazia Ilmi had no relation with Ghaziabad yet she was given ticket from that constituency. Even when she was contesting the Assembly elections, she was made to fight from such a place where she had very less chances of winning," said Binny.
"Shazia should have been given ticket from New Delhi constituency for the Lok Sabha elections. She had worked hard and should have been fielded from there," he added.
He further said that Shazia is being ignored completely in the party, and alleged that only three-four individuals are taking all the major decisions in the party.
Shazia Ilmi had contested both the Delhi Assembly elections and the Lok Sabha elections, and had lost both the times.
Sources say that Ilmi is unhappy with the AAP regarding some of its decisions, and might announce her decision to leave the party in her press conference scheduled for today.
