The decision was taken at a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the House in the presence of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
The reason for the deferments that since the discussion will take a long time to wrap up, members on the last day of the session tomorrow will be in a hurry to return home in the districts before the Holi festival next day, according to the Chief Minister.

State's Parliamentary Affairs Minister Partha Chatterjee had yesterday announced that the non-official discussion would centre around chit fund and its fallout since 1980 to 2014.
Claiming that no one in her party was involved in the chit fund scam, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had requested Assembly Speaker Biman Banerjee last Friday to allow a discussion on chit funds which flourished in West Bengal since early 80's.
Banerjee had also sought to know why a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court on chit fund business only after 2009, while noting that the businesses flourished in the state under the Left Front rule since early 80's.
