The future course of action against the 'maladministration' of the Congress-led government in the state will be discussed in the meeting. The committee will also decide on the course of agitation against the 'tainted' and 'non-performing' ministers in Siddaramaiah cabinet.
Joshi urged chief minister Siddaramaih to drop Dinesh Gundurao, Mahadev Prasad, Qamrul Islam and Kimmane Ratnakar, facing charges in various cases and home minister K J George holding him responsible for the breakdown of law and order in the state, from his Cabinet.

To exert pressure on the state government, the BJP state unit will organise a symbolic protest on November 20 at Bangalore and will be followed by jail bharo and other kinds of protests, Joshi said.
Answering a query, Joshi said the chief minister, too, had failed in handling the major industries portfolio. Files related to the establishment of industries in north Karnataka have been stalled due to his negligence, he said. The NMTC had submitted a proposal to set up industries in Ballari and was ready to invest Rs 28,000 crore.
However, this file is pending with the department from the past six months. The issue will be raised in the Lok Sabha and the Union government would be asked to issue strict guidelines to the state, he added.
