Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said on Saturday her government has changed the face of Delhi and she is confident the ruling Congress would come to power in the city for the fourth successive time.
"I am certain that the Congress will win the Delhi assembly elections for the fourth time," Dikshit told reporters.
"We have changed the face of Delhi - 24 universities, Metro, flyovers...We don't need to remind you of development under our government. The party manifesto will be released within 10 days," she said.
Countering corruption allegations by the rivals, she said there were no evidence against her government.
"Opposition always cries corruption. I want to ask them, where is the corruption? Give us evidence," she said.
Assembly elections will be held in the national capital December 4 with over 11.5 million voters eligible to cast their ballots in 70 constituencies.
