Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav (pictured) said in the Lok Sabha on Thursday that the Congress party's tenure in power was over and now it should agitate. He said "You have enjoyed power a lot. Now you agitate on the streets." Incidentally, SP was the key outside supporter of Congress for 10 years when it was in power.

The angry remark by Yadav came when he was asked by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan to resume the discussion on the Union Budget. His remark came amid the din created by opposition members ,especially Congress, who were demanding an immediate statement from the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on journalist Ved Pratap Vaidik's meet with 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed.

Later when the Congress objected to a decision ,of referring to the Standing Committee regarding a SC and ST Bil, Kharge went to Yadav whom the Speaker had called to resume the debate on Budget.Kharge was at the receiving end from the Speaker too with Mahajan wondering more than once as to "what has happened to him today" apparently referring to his unusual belligerence, as he himself along with the party colleagues had stormed out of the Well for some time on the Vaidik issue."Don't you want a discussion on the Budget?", she asked an agitated Kharge.

The Speaker came down hard on Aam Aadmi Party member Bhagwant Mann who angrily entered the Well expressing displeasure for not being allowed to raise a question on the power situation in Punjab."I am warning you. Understand that these type of things are not proper. Go back to your seat", she told him sternly.

"Please learn the ways, you are new," she said.
